Recommendations / Mitigations

I highly recommend using the Holy Water (ozonated activated charcoal water) with all drugs but especially DMT & 5-MeO to bring peace.
It’s amazing when you sniff some raw apple vinegar!
A medium dose feels like crack to me if I don’t sniff the apple vinegar or holy water.
